Our Client is an International School located in Lagos, seeking to employ a responsible and dedicated Male Hostel Parent for immediate employment. The ideal candidate must also have experience as a subject teacher, providing both academic guidance and personal mentorship to male students in the hostel, while ensuring their safety and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily management and supervision of the male hostel.
• Serve as a mentor and role model, promoting personal and academic growth.
• Teach a subject while also offering guidance on study habits and academic progress.
• Ensure compliance with hostel rules and maintain discipline.
• Be available to address students' concerns and provide emotional support.

Requirements:

• Experience as a subject teacher is required.
• Previous experience in a hostel management or pastoral care role is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must reside in the hostel.
