Candidate must possess SSCE/GCE(O/level) or its equivalent with 5 credits inclusive of English Language and Mathematics with OND/NCE Certificate plus at least seven (7) years cognate experience and be computer literate or at least 5 Credits as specified above plus HND and NYSC Certificate and be computer literate.
