    Wellwork Supervisor III

    Main Functions:

    • Provide planning support to Well Management Engineers and onsite representatives. Supervise service partner personnel to ensure safe and efficient execution of wellwork, workover, or well intervention operations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee execution readiness, logistics, and personnel management.
    • Ensure compliance with SSHE, WIMS, and WMS expectations.
    • Troubleshoot issues, monitor operations, and mentor less experienced staff.
    • Conduct inspections, validate equipment, and ensure proper documentation.
    • Identify process improvements and capture lessons learned.
    • Perform relief duties as Wells Operations Superintendent when required.

    Qualifications & Skills:

    • Minimum 10 years’ industry experience, including supervisory roles in wellwork, workover, or intervention operations.
    • Experience with operators or service providers (slickline, coiled tubing, or wireline).
    • Current Well Control certification.

    Instrument Maintenance Technician III

    Main Functions:

    • Install, maintain, test, and repair instrument equipment in compliance with company rules, ensuring optimal performance and product quality. Document all issues and corrective actions accurately.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Plan, update, and oversee activities in line with laws, regulations, and company procedures.
    • Support cross-functional collaboration between operations, engineering, and projects.
    • Provide technical support, maintain instruments, and troubleshoot control systems.
    • Attend technical meetings and develop team skills.
    • Act as a stand-in for the Instrument Lead as needed.

    Qualifications & Skills:

    • Associate degree with technical certifications.
    • Experience maintaining instruments and controls in processing or offshore production plants.
    • Strong safety orientation, communication, organizational, and troubleshooting skills.
    • Knowledge of oil & gas regulations, oi systems, and maintenance best practices.

    Risk & Loss Prevention Engineer / Specialist II

    Main Functions:

    • Evaluate engineering work and ensure compliance with project specifications, company standards, and regulations. Facilitate effective engineering routines and maintain clear communication with project teams. Strong technical, interpersonal, and communication skills are required.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Participate in or lead risk studies and consequence analyses.
    • Develop and update safety standards, codes, and documented practices.

    Qualifications & Skills:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
    • Experience in Environmental, Health & Safety and Loss Prevention.
    • Broad knowledge of design standards, codes, specifications, and safety criteria.
    • Adaptability to tight deadlines and heavy workloads.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office; excellent English communication skills.

    Machinery Engineer / Specialist II

    Main Functions:

    Instrumentation and Controls Lead III – Offshore Rotation

    Main Functions:

    • Define scope for pre-commissioning and commissioning activities, assign workloads, and implement standards/procedures for instrumentation across all project phases. Support centralized engineering services for upstream production units and new capital projects to maintain system safety, availability, and reliability while optimizing costs.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Liaise with customers, vendors, engineers, and multidisciplinary teams.
    • Participate in HAZOP/LOPA and quality reviews.
    • Review and approve instrumentation engineering deliverables, including P&IDs, datasheets, wiring, loop drawings, and calculations.
    • Support project Acceptance Testing (AT) and adjust commissioning scope accordingly.
    • Develop, track, and adjust commissioning execution schedules.

    Skills & Qualifications:

    • Previous supervisory or related experience.
    • MS or advanced degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
    • Extensive knowledge of design standards, codes, and safety criteria.
    • Skilled in instrument selection, control systems, P&IDs, logic diagrams, and ISA datasheets.
    • Proficient in SAP, Tableau, Analytics for Excel, and Microsoft Office.
    • Excellent English communication skills; adaptable to tight deadlines and heavy workloads.

    Finance – Controller III

    Main Functions:

    • Guide financial decisions and protect company assets by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing financial policies, controls, and procedures. Conduct audits and partner with external auditors.
    • Prepare and manage budgets by analyzing financial data and recommending plans.

    Logistics Advisor III – Offshore Rotation

    Main Functions:

    • Provide day-to-day on-site logistics oversight for offshore operations, ensuring material and personnel management are executed efficiently and accurately. Support Wells Operations Supervisors and collaborate with MODU contractors and service partners.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee delivery, condition, and storage of rig and third-party equipment.
    • Maintain accurate material and personnel manifests.
    • Conduct internal assessments and audits for inventory control compliance.
    • Work 12+ hour shifts on a 28 days on / 28 days off rotation.
    • Collaborate effectively in multicultural, multidisciplinary teams.

    Skills & Qualifications:

    • Experience in supply chain and logistics, preferably international operations.
    • Strong English communication skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
