The Head of Security and Safety is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive security and safety program to protect the company's people, assets, and reputation.
This includes developing and maintaining security policies and procedures, managing the company's security team, and overseeing the company's security and safety infrastructure.
The Head of Security and Safety also works closely with other departments, such as human resources, legal, and operations, to ensure that the company's security and safety program is aligned with its overall business goals.
Requirements
Bachelor degree in a relevant field
Previous experience in managing security teams and infrastructure
An MBA degree is a plus
Previous experience in the armed forces is an added advantage.
