    Head, Product Growth

    Summary

    • We’re hiring a Head of Product Growth to define how we scale through product.
    • You’ll build and lead a growth team embedded in product squads, drive experimentation, optimize funnels, and improve retention across the customer lifecycle.
    • Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you’ll work closely with Product, Design, and Engineering leaders to ensure growth is built into every product.

    Requirements

    • You bring: 7+ years in product-led growth, analytics, or product strategy, strong growth intuition, and the ability to turn data into action.
