About the Role

• We are seeking a talented and creative Head Pizza Chef to lead our pizza kitchen operations in Lagos.
• The ideal candidate will be passionate about crafting high-quality pizzas, innovating new recipes, managing kitchen staff, and ensuring excellence in every dish served.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a wide variety of pizzas to consistently high standards using fresh ingredients.
• Develop and maintain signature pizza recipes, as well as seasonal menu items.
• Oversee inventory management, ordering, and proper storage of all pizza-related ingredients.
• Train, supervise, and motivate kitchen staff to uphold quality, consistency, and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
• Monitor portion control, presentation standards, and food waste management.
• Collaborate with management on menu planning, specials, and promotional offerings.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Pizza Chef, preferably in a high-volume kitchen.
• Expertise in dough preparation, sauce making, toppings, and diverse cooking methods.
• Strong leadership, communication, and time management skills.
• Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining top quality.
• Solid knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen hygiene practices.
• Creativity and passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Salary
N200,000 - N220,000 Monthly.
