    Head of Sales

    Job Summary

    • As the Head of Sales, you will lead the sales team in driving revenue growth, developing sales strategies, and building strong client relationships to achieve organizational goals.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue generation
    • Lead, supervise, and monitor the performance of the sales team
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
    • Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities
    • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews for management

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
    • Minimum of 5 years’ sales experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role
    • Strong business development, negotiation, and relationship management skills
    • Proven ability to lead teams and achieve sales targets.
