As the CCIE Engineer, you will design, implement, and manage complex network infrastructures while ensuring high availability, security, and optimal performance across enterprise and telecom environments.
Responsibilities
Design, configure, and optimize enterprise and telecom network infrastructure
Troubleshoot complex network issues across routing, switching, and security environments
Implement network solutions aligned with business and operational requirements
Monitor network performance and ensure high availability and minimal downtime
Provide technical leadership and support for network projects and deployments.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields
Minimum of 3 years experience in network engineering within telecom or enterprise environments
CCIE certification is mandatory
Strong expertise in routing, switching, network security, and data center technologies
Proficiency in Cisco technologies and network troubleshooting tools.
Asset Recovery & Tracking: Locate, track, and recover company-owned assets (e.g., bikes) from customers or field locations, ensuring timely retrieval and accurate documentation.
Field Coordination: Coordinate with field agents and external partners to execute efficient recovery operations in line with company policies.
Data & Reporting: Maintain up-to-date records of recovered and outstanding assets, generating reports to support decision-making and loss prevention.
Customer Engagement: Communicate with customers to arrange asset returns, negotiate recovery terms, and resolve disputes professionally.
Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all recovery activities comply with legal, safety, and organizational standards.
Job Requirements
The ability to ride a motorcycle is required
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
1–2 years’ experience in loan recovery, debt collection, or a similar role within a financial institution or microfinance bank.
Sound knowledge of loan recovery processes and applicable regulatory guidelines.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and meet recovery targets.
Proficiency in basic computer applications and reporting tools.
