    CCIE Engineer

    Job Summary

    • As the CCIE Engineer, you will design, implement, and manage complex network infrastructures while ensuring high availability, security, and optimal performance across enterprise and telecom environments.

    Responsibilities

    • Design, configure, and optimize enterprise and telecom network infrastructure
    • Troubleshoot complex network issues across routing, switching, and security environments

    Recovery Officer

    Job Responsibilities

    • Asset Recovery & Tracking: Locate, track, and recover company-owned assets (e.g., bikes) from customers or field locations, ensuring timely retrieval and accurate documentation.
    • Field Coordination: Coordinate with field agents and external partners to execute efficient recovery operations in line with company policies.
    • Data & Reporting: Maintain up-to-date records of recovered and outstanding assets, generating reports to support decision-making and loss prevention.

    • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all recovery activities comply with legal, safety, and organizational standards.

    Job Requirements

    • The ability to ride a motorcycle is required
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
    • 1–2 years’ experience in loan recovery, debt collection, or a similar role within a financial institution or microfinance bank.
    • Sound knowledge of loan recovery processes and applicable regulatory guidelines.
    • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and meet recovery targets.
    • Proficiency in basic computer applications and reporting tools.
