Job Summary

• As the CCIE Engineer, you will design, implement, and manage complex network infrastructures while ensuring high availability, security, and optimal performance across enterprise and telecom environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and optimize enterprise and telecom network infrastructure
• Troubleshoot complex network issues across routing, switching, and security environments
• Implement network solutions aligned with business and operational requirements
• Monitor network performance and ensure high availability and minimal downtime
• Provide technical leadership and support for network projects and deployments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields
• Minimum of 3 years experience in network engineering within telecom or enterprise environments
• CCIE certification is mandatory
• Strong expertise in routing, switching, network security, and data center technologies
• Proficiency in Cisco technologies and network troubleshooting tools.

Job Responsibilities

• Asset Recovery & Tracking: Locate, track, and recover company-owned assets (e.g., bikes) from customers or field locations, ensuring timely retrieval and accurate documentation.
• Field Coordination: Coordinate with field agents and external partners to execute efficient recovery operations in line with company policies.
• Data & Reporting: Maintain up-to-date records of recovered and outstanding assets, generating reports to support decision-making and loss prevention.
• Customer Engagement: Communicate with customers to arrange asset returns, negotiate recovery terms, and resolve disputes professionally.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all recovery activities comply with legal, safety, and organizational standards.

Job Requirements

• The ability to ride a motorcycle is required
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
• 1–2 years’ experience in loan recovery, debt collection, or a similar role within a financial institution or microfinance bank.
• Sound knowledge of loan recovery processes and applicable regulatory guidelines.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and meet recovery targets.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and reporting tools.
