Person Specification/Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
8-10 years of experience in sales, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership or managerial role in thedigital signage or related industry.
Proven track record of success in achieving and exceeding sales targets for digital LED screens andsolutions.
Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport andtrust with clients and partners.
Deep understanding of digital signage technology, including LED displays, content managementsystems, and software solutions.
