    Head of Sales (Outdoor Advertising)

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets for digitalLED screens and related services.
    • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and support todrive performance and meet sales goals.
    • Identify new business opportunities and target markets for digital LED screens, including retail,hospitality, entertainment, advertising, and corporate sectors.
    • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders, including architects,contractors, designers, and end-users.
    • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to develop compelling sales collateral,presentations, and proposals to showcase our products and services.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to identifyopportunities for innovation and differentiation.
    • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to maximize revenue and profitability whileensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement andoptimization in sales strategies and processes.
    • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote brand awarenessand generate leads.
    • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance, pipeline status,market insights, and forecasts.

    Person Specification/Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
    • 8-10 years of experience in sales, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership or managerial role in thedigital signage or related industry.
    • Proven track record of success in achieving and exceeding sales targets for digital LED screens andsolutions.
    • Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport andtrust with clients and partners.
    • Deep understanding of digital signage technology, including LED displays, content managementsystems, and software solutions.
    • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and driving businessgrowth.
    • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office suite, and sales analytics tools.
    • Ability to travel as needed for client meetings, site visits, and industry events.
    • Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and strategic planning abilities.
