Head of Sales (Commercial & Residential) at Ramos Realty

About The Role:

• This is a high-autonomy, on-ground role for someone who understands real estate beyond closing individual deals and wants to build something long term.

You will be responsible for:

• Rebuilding and leading a sales team focused on both commercial sales and rentals
• Designing a brokerage model (commission structure, agent model, performance system) that works in a saturated market with high agent turnover
• Setting clear monthly and quarterly targets for listings, viewings, deals closed, and revenue – and making sure the team hits them
• Hiring, onboarding, and coaching agents, and creating a culture of accountability and performance
• Being physically present on-site and in the field to supervise daily activities, pipeline reviews, and client service
• Working with leadership on pricing, marketing, and expansion decisions

What We are Looking For:

• Strong experience in real estate sales (agency, brokerage, or developer) – ideally having led a team or a branch
• Proven ability to hire, train, and manage a team of agents or salespeople
• Clear understanding of current Lagos market realities: saturation, duplicate listings, and agent churn – and ideas to differentiate through quality
• Strategic thinker who is also very hands-on: comfortable with daily stand-ups, pipeline reviews, and field work
• Comfortable with ownership, autonomy, and accountability for results, not just individual commissions
• 4+ years of experience in Sales (real estate strongly preferred)
• Able to work on-site regularly, has a valid driver’s licence, and can start immediately
