    Head of Retail

    Job Responsibilities

    •  Execute Management’s directions and ensure that Management decisions are properly communicated to staff  and all stakehoders 
    •  Develop and implement strategies towards improved sales across all outlets
    •  Collaborate with Store Managers and other stakeholders to develop initiatives for attracting and retaining  customers
    •  Drive an excellent merchandising process for optimal sales conversion across the various seasons
    •  Buid and optimize the customer retention strategy while driving new customer acquisition strategies
    •  Conduct periodic resource cost forecasting, and annual budgetary management to ensure cost savings
    •  Ensure best practice is maintained for in-store operations in line with existing SOPs
    •  Oversee all internal and external retail campaign activities to ensure proper execution
    •  Provide input and support to the marketing team for effective marketing communications for the brand
    •  Have excelent market intelligence reporting including macroeconomics, competition analysis and customer surveys
    •  Analyze different suppliers to obtain the best cost-effective deals
    •  Inspect the levels of business supplies and raw materials to identify shortages Ensure product stock is adequate for all outlets and can cover direct demand from customers
    •  Engage customers positively to sustain a mutual relationship and ensure continued patronage from customers
    •  Implement and maintain all inhouse retail displays Impement cyclical displays to support all inhouse promotions  and events
    •  Create a delightful customer experience that exceeds customary standards and service levels
    •  Motivate team members to achieve set goals and exceed set targets
    •  Provide strategic oversight and monitoring performance for the retail business development executives
    • Perform other duties assigned 

    Qualifications & Requrements

    •  HND / BSc in Business Administration, Marketing or any other relevant field  
    •  An MBA or master’s degree in any business related discipline is an added advantage
    •  Minimum of 10-15 years experience in Retail/ Sales and in a leadership capacity
    • Net Salary: N500,000 plus other benefits and welfare packages
