Job Description (Summary):
As the Head of Operations, you will lead and manage the day-to-day operations, ensuring optimal efficiency and performance. You will be responsible for operational strategy execution, performance tracking, team management, and the development of scalable processes to support growth.
Operational Leadership:
- Set targets and develop performance benchmarks to maintain low default rates and achieve operational goals.
- Manage the operations budget effectively and identify cost-saving opportunities to maximize efficiency.
- Develop and implement efficient operational policies, processes, and workflows.
- Evaluate performance by analyzing data and metrics, providing accurate reports on operational conditions.
- Ensure compliance with operational controls, administrative procedures, and financial targets.
Growth and Strategy:
- Identify strategic alliances and partnerships to support business objectives.
- Prepare the organization for growth by developing scalable infrastructure and processes.
- Execute growth strategies and explore opportunities for expansion.
Team Management:
- Lead and mentor the operations team, ensuring high employee engagement and performance.
- Provide leadership that reflects the company’s values, fostering a success-oriented and accountable environment.
- Oversee hiring, training, and performance evaluations to build a high-performance team.
- Coach and inspire team managers to achieve operational excellence and financial targets.
Technology and Innovation:
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends, recommending and implementing upgrades to improve operations.
- Spearhead innovative solutions to optimize operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in operations management, with a proven track record in strategy execution and team leadership.
- Startup experience is an added advantage.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to effectively interface with all levels of employees and external stakeholders
- Working knowledge of assigned systems and User organization and practices
- Team player with a competitive spirit to excel and the ability to influence and motivate others
- Ability to resolve conflicts timely and effectively, including demonstrated ability to respond effectively to sensitive inquiries or complaints
- Ability to multi-task and take on additional responsibilities in line with the vision of the team
- Professional disposition with positive attitude, open-mindedness, and willingness to learn from team members
