    Head of Operations

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee daily business operations, including logistics, finance, and compliance.
    • Implement operational strategies and performance metrics.
    • Align execution across teams (CX, sales, tech, finance).
    • Work with the CEO to scale systems and infrastructure.

    Requirements:

    • 8–12 years of operational leadership, ideally in fintech or startup environments.
    • Proven track record in process optimization, growth, and cross-functional leadership.
    • Strong analytical and execution skills.
