    Head of Operations / Finance

    Qualifications

    • Candidate must possess a minimum of HND / B.Sc in Accounting from any reputable institution.
    • Must be a Chartered Accountant
    • Strong leadership and Organisation skills
    • Minimum of 2 years experience in similar role in a Microfinance institution
    • Ability to work on Bankone Software
    • Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to work well under pressure
    • Strong ethical behavior and the ability to work with sensitive financial information.
