    Head of Marketing

    Key Responsibilities
    Strategic Marketing & Sales Support:

    • Develop and implement integrated marketing plans to support sales objectives.
    • Align marketing strategies with business goals to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

    Brand & Product Management:

    • Lead and mentor Product/Brand Managers to ensure effective positioning and lifecycle management.
    • Oversee brand development, messaging, and promotional campaigns.
    • Ensure compliance with industry regulations in all marketing materials.

    Digital Marketing Leadership:

    • Direct the digital marketing team in executing SEO, social media, email, and content marketing strategies.
    • Leverage data analytics to optimize digital campaigns and improve ROI.
    • Enhance online presence and engagement with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and consumers.

    Business Development:

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the healthcare ecosystem (hospitals, pharmacies, distributors, etc.).
    • Build strategic partnerships with key stakeholders (healthcare providers, NGOs, government agencies).
    • Drive initiatives to expand market share and enter new therapeutic segments.

    Team & Performance Management:

    • Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team (brand managers, digital marketers, etc.).
    • Monitor KPIs, budgets, and campaign performance, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
    • Foster cross-functional collaboration with sales, regulatory, and supply chain teams.

    Qualifications & Experience

    •  Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Pharmacy, or related field; B.Pharm preferred.
    • 10+ years in pharmaceutical marketing, with 5+ years in leadership.
    • Proven track record in brand management, digital marketing, and business development.
    • Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and market dynamics.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
