Head of Marketing/Business Development at Sigma Consult

Job Brief

We are looking for an outstanding person for the position of Head of Marketing/Business Development to promote the organizations brand and services. In this role, you will be optimizing the company’s marketing strategies, managing the marketing department’s budget and staff as well as preparing forecasts and be able to identify new business leads and deliver tangible results.

Responsibilities

• Developing and managing the Marketing department’s budget.
• Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
• Managing the marketing department’s staff.
• Preparing and presenting quarterly and annual reports to Senior management.
• Promoting our brand at trade shows and major industry-related events.
• Keeping informed of marketing strategies and trends

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, marketing, business administration, or related fields
• At least 3 years’ verifiable experience as a marketer In a hospital (experience in diagnostics will be an added advantage)
• Well Experienced in a healthcare industry marketing.
• Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, branding and referral system.
• Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
