    Head of Marketing and Business Development

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Marketing and Business Development to lead the organization’s growth, brand positioning, and revenue expansion initiatives.
    • The role will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing and business development strategies that drive market penetration, client acquisition, and long-term profitability.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute marketing and business development strategies aligned with organizational goals
    • Drive brand awareness, corporate positioning, and market visibility
    • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams
    • Lead client acquisition, retention, and key account management initiatives
    • Oversee market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to inform strategy
    • Manage marketing campaigns across digital, traditional, and experiential channels
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and strategic partners
    • Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing and business development team
    • Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics, ROI, and growth targets
    • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure alignment of messaging and delivery

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field (MBA is an advantage)
    • Minimum of 8–12 years’ experience in marketing, business development, or commercial leadership roles
    • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and successful marketing campaigns
    • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
    • Experience in digital marketing, brand management, and B2B/B2C growth strategies
