Head of Learning and Development at Brit Property Nigeria

Are you passionate about driving impactful learning initiatives and building a culture of continuous development? Brit Properties Nigeria Limited is seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Learning and Development to lead and expand our learning function, including the growth of Brit Academy.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive training strategies aligned with business goals.
• Develop and deliver engaging learning content, workshops, and coaching sessions.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and track employee progress.
• Lead training product sales and manage client relationships.
• Promote employee development and performance through individual development plans.
• Drive innovation in learning technology and instructional design.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure strategic alignment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Education, or related field (Master’s or PhD is an advantage).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Strong instructional design, facilitation, and evaluation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to sell training products and achieve business development targets.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
• Must reside around the Ajah axis.
