Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lekki for the position of Head of Digital at Brila Media Limited.
• The Head of Digital will oversee the organization’s digital transformation initiatives, develop and implement effective digital strategies, and manage projects to enhance the company’s online presence.
• Responsibilities include leading a team to execute digital campaigns, utilizing web analytics to inform decision-making, and collaborating with various departments to optimize digital engagement and audience reach.
• The candidate will play a pivotal role in advancing Brila Media's reputation as a leader in the digital sports media space.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Digital Transformation and Digital Strategy to drive business growth
• Must be Sport Savy
• Strong Project Management skills for overseeing multiple, concurrent digital initiatives
• Effective Team Leadership abilities to inspire and manage a diverse team
• Proficiency in Web Analytics for data-driven decision-making and optimization of digital campaigns
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
• Experience in the sports, media, or entertainment industry is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field; advanced qualifications are a plus
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in digital management, marketing, or related roles.
