Head of Business Public Sector at CapitalSage Technology Limited

To grow the business in the e-payments Government collections suites and ensure smooth running of the Public Sector Department, providing excellent service to ERCAS Solution’s customers.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for driving department profitability, generating leads and conversion of potential leads
• Responsible for selling collection solutions to Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs) of Government
• Ensure continuous growth of market share in the collections space with focus on Government owned MDAs and Public Educational & Health institutions
• Manage and deepen existing relationship with clients as to increase the share of wallets of the clients
• Develop innovative solutions tailored towards e-collections to enhance company’s leadership position in the collections business
• Attend industry events and other meetings to stay abreast of market conditions and competition

Requirements

• Experience in lead generation, sales leadership and business development from the finance sector
• Deep commercial experience encompassing revenue and costs
• The ability to speak and understand the Hausa language is an added advantage
• Good interpersonal relationship skills
• Familiarity with relevant industry requirements and standards
• Proven leadership and presentation skills
• Track record of data-driven decision making ability to build and sustain a network among business, political decision-makers, leaders and regulatory bodies on complex policy topics

This role entails a lot of travel.
