    Head Mixologist

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute innovative cocktail menus
    • Lead and train junior mixologists
    • Manage bar operations and inventory
    • Provide exceptional customer service.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess minimum of an OND qualification
    • Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Mixologist in a fine dining restaurant / industry
    • Proven track record of creating unique cocktail rituals and artistry
    • Male, minimum 32 years old.
