Head Mixologist
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification OND
- Experience 6 years
- Location Lagos
- Job Field Food, Beverage and Hospitality
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative cocktail menus
- Lead and train junior mixologists
- Manage bar operations and inventory
- Provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess minimum of an OND qualification
- Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Mixologist in a fine dining restaurant / industry
- Proven track record of creating unique cocktail rituals and artistry
- Male, minimum 32 years old.
