Job Description

• A renowned one-stop retail supermarket is seeking a strategic and experiencedHead of Learning and Developmentto lead talent development initiatives within the organization. 
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying training needs, designing impactful programs, and driving continuous learning across all levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct training needs analysis and develop tailored learning programs
• Design and implement engaging and impactful learning solutions
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content relevance and effectiveness
• Monitor training outcomes, analyze learning data, and adjust strategies accordingly
• Lead succession planning and talent development initiatives
• Ensure training programs comply with industry standards and regulations
• Integrate innovative training technologies to enhance learner experience

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• Minimum of 5–7 years of relevant experience, preferably within the retail sector
• Strong knowledge of instructional design, training methodologies, and adult learning principles
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
• Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and E-learning tools
• HR or L&D certification is an added advantage.
