    Head Human Resources Development

    About the job

    • The Head of Human Capital, People & Organizational Transformation Management will be responsible for providing strategic leadership in developing and executing the organization’s human capital strategy to support business growth and operational excellence. This role is pivotal in driving the organization's culture, ensuring that people process align with corporate goals, and fostering a high-performance workforce. The successful candidate will be expected to champion initiatives that attract, develop, and retain top talent while promoting a positive and engaging work environment. 

     Strategic Leadership: 

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive Human Capital strategy aligned with the organization’s vision, mission, and strategic objectives. 
    • Lead initiatives to enhance the company’s culture, ensuring alignment with core values, diversity, equity, and inclusion objectives. 
    • Collaborate with the executive team to drive organizational transformation through effective management strategies. 

    People Operations Framework: 

    • Design, implement, and continuously improve people operations processes that enhance employee experience, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and retention. 
    • Develop and oversee HR policies, procedures, and systems that comply with labor laws and industry best practices. 

    Talent Management & Development: 

    • Develop talent acquisition strategies that ensure the organization attracts high-performing individuals who align with its culture and objectives. 
    • Oversee leadership development programs, succession planning, and career development frameworks to build internal capabilities and drive employee growth.
    • Implement innovative learning and development strategies to support skills enhancement and ensure the organization remains competitive in its industry.

    Employee Engagement & Well-being: 

    • Foster a work environment that encourages employee well-being, engagement, and satisfaction. 
    • Develop initiatives to support employee recognition, reward systems, and wellness programs that align with organizational goals.

    Organizational Transformation: 

    • Drive transformational initiatives that align with business objectives, ensuring the organization’s structure, processes, and workforce are optimized for efficiency and effectiveness. 
    • Collaborate with key stakeholders to support the adoption of digital transformation and innovative practices within the organization. 

    Performance Management & KPIs: 

    • Establish and manage performance metrics that track the effectiveness of HR strategies and initiatives. 
    • Regularly assess and report on key HR metrics, providing data-driven insights to support decision-making.

    Compliance & Risk Management: 

    • Ensure the organization adheres to all employment laws, regulations, and industry standards. 
    • Develop and oversee employee relations practices to foster a positive working environment and mitigate potential risks. 

    QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is highly desirable. 
    • Professional certifications such as CIPM, SHRM, SPHR, or equivalent are preferred. 
    • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in senior HR leadership roles, with demonstrated success in strategic HR planning and organizational transformation. 

    KEY SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

    • Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
    • Proven experience in driving organizational transformation
    • Deep understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance frameworks
    • Expertise in developing talent management frameworks and leadership development programs
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to inform decisions
    • Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
