Our Client is a digital gaming start-up launching operations in Nigeria, they require the service of Head, Digital Business

Responsibilities:

• Lead digital transformation across the organization geared towards aggressive customer acquisition and high customer retention.
• Lead resource planning, management, reporting and coordination of projects/initiatives to deliver change in line with availability and business requirements.
• Lead end-to-end delivery on digital projects, including technology delivery, and change management required to improve, implement and embed digital systems, IT infrastructures and processes.
• Oversee the financial aspects of the team including purchasing, budgeting & budget review.
• Experience in managing teams, creating team identity and culture, setting standards and procedures.
• Provides analysis and insight as well as strategic management of company’s activity
• Design and build/develop key digital strategic initiatives to drive business growth
• Enhance brand awareness and positioning for the company across all digital channels
• Knowledge of IT & information governance including GDPR

Requirements:

• First Degree in IT or related discipline. Master’s degree is an added advantage
• 7years of relevant work experience with 3+ years of experience leading digital transformation/innovation
• Experience with financial management, resource planning, and task prioritization, budget / cost control.
• Strong ability to process data, extract actionable insights and drive timely execution
• Experience managing a creative team
• Prior experience in gaming, banking, fintech, entertainment is preferable.
