Responsibilities:

• Deliberate planning, strategy and goal setting
• Development of brand identity, awareness and online reputation
• Content management (including website)
• SEO (search engine optimization) and generation of inbound traffic
• Cultivation of leads and sales
• Defining and implementing a social media strategy to maximize brand exposure and build engaged communities.

• Create, source, and publish relevant and compelling social media content in line with the brand tone.
• Monitor audience engagement and provide data and insights on it.
• Creating and implementing a social media calendar and production of social content
• Planning, creating, executing, and managing, and monitoring the company’s Social Media accounts and strategy in order to drive brand awareness, client acquisition, and other relevant business & brand metrics.
• Conduct SEO of company’s website and app to increase web traffic
• Grow social media followers and engagements daily using different strategies
• Ensure all round consistency in graphic designs (style, fonts, images and tone)
• Reputation management

Requirements:

• First Degree in relevant discipline
• 3-4 years of experience managing and developing social media strategies for brands
• Knowledge of SEO
• Excellent written communication skills and highly creative.
• Ability to understand analytics data (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google) and report on performance.
• Experience in creating and posting entertaining and engaging social media content.
• Experience in devising and managing social media campaigns.
• Ability to write punchy, compelling and engaging content.
• Prior experience in gaming, banking, fintech, entertainment is preferable

Responsibilities:

• Lead digital transformation across the organization geared towards aggressive customer acquisition and high customer retention.
• Lead resource planning, management, reporting and coordination of projects/initiatives to deliver change in line with availability and business requirements.
• Lead end-to-end delivery on digital projects, including technology delivery, and change management required to improve, implement and embed digital systems, IT infrastructures and processes.
• Oversee the financial aspects of the team including purchasing, budgeting & budget review.
• Experience in managing teams, creating team identity and culture, setting standards and procedures.
• Provides analysis and insight as well as strategic management of company’s activity
• Design and build/develop key digital strategic initiatives to drive business growth
• Enhance brand awareness and positioning for the company across all digital channels
• Knowledge of IT & information governance including GDPR

Requirements:

• First Degree in IT or related discipline. Master’s degree is an added advantage
• 7years of relevant work experience with 3+ years of experience leading digital transformation/innovation
• Experience with financial management, resource planning, and task prioritization, budget / cost control.
• Strong ability to process data, extract actionable insights and drive timely execution
• Experience managing a creative team
• Prior experience in gaming, banking, fintech, entertainment is preferable.
