Head, AI Automation and Integration at Terawork

• The Head, AI Integration & Automation will lead the strategy, design, and deployment of artificial intelligence, automation, and intelligent workflow solutions across the organization. This role is responsible for driving operational efficiency, scalability, and innovation by embedding AI-driven tools into business processes while ensuring governance, security, and ethical use.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the organization’s AI integration and automation strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Identify high-impact use cases for AI, machine learning, RPA, and process automation across departments.
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-enabled solutions, including workflow automation and intelligent systems.
• Integrate AI tools with existing enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, HRIS, finance, and operations platforms).
• Oversee vendor selection, partnerships, and third-party AI platforms.
• Establish governance frameworks for data usage, model performance, security, and ethical AI practices.
• Collaborate with business leaders to re-engineer processes and drive adoption of AI solutions.
• Build and lead a high-performing AI, data, and automation team.
• Monitor performance metrics, ROI, and continuous improvement of deployed solutions.
• Stay current on emerging AI technologies, regulations, and industry best practices.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field; a Master’s degree is an advantage.
• 8–12+ years of experience in technology, automation, AI, or digital transformation roles.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-level AI, automation, or RPA initiatives.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, data architectures, APIs, and cloud platforms.
• Experience with automation tools (e.g., RPA platforms, workflow automation, low-code/no-code tools).
• Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder management experience at senior or executive level.
