Position Summary

• A quality adhesive tape manufacturing plant located along the Lagos–Sagamu Expressway, near the Sagamu Interchange in Ogun State, is hiring a Head, Admin, Security & Facility.
• The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of facility management, security, and administrative operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance across office and residential sites.

Key Responsibilities
Facility & Office Management:

• Manage office and residential facilities
• Oversee the smooth day-to-day operations of the office
• Supervise cleaning and support staff

Fleet & Provision Coordination:

• Handle fleet operations and driver management
• Coordinate canteen services and office supplies.

Security Oversight:

• Enforce company rules and regulations
• Ensure the protection of life and property
• Monitor and control access for staff, clients, and visitors
• Liaise with law enforcement and other security agencies
• Manage and coordinate activities of external guards.

Policy & Compliance:

• Develop and implement effective security protocols
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. / Master’s Degree in Humanities, Social Sciences, or a related discipline
• 5 – 7 years of relevant experience in a product-based multinational company
• Background in law enforcement (Police, Military, Paramilitary) or a reputable security company is an added advantage
• Membership in a recognized professional body
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
