    Head, Actuary Unit

    Key Responsibilities

    • Actuarial valuation & enterprise risk management
    • Product pricing & development
    • Asset-liability management
    • Reinsurance, forecasting & reserving
    • Business reporting & stakeholder communication
    • Regulatory & compliance oversight

    Requirements

    • First degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related
    • 10+ years actuarial experience, 3+ in top management
    • Strong grasp of IFRS 17, NAICOM, solvency, and risk frameworks
    • Skilled in Excel, Python, SQL, and Power BI
    • Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
