Hair Colorist at The HR Hub Nigeria

• The Pearl Beauty Loft is hiring a detail-oriented Hair Colorist for our production team in Ajah, where you will help ensure every product leaving the facility meets our quality standards. 
• This role goes beyond colouring hair: you will oversee the colouring process, monitor production output, inspect finished products, and help maintain accurate inventory records to keep production running efficiently. 
• If you are organised, quality-conscious, and comfortable taking ownership of production processes, we would love to hear from you. 
• Work begins at 9:00 AM, with a target-based close depending on completion of the day's production goals. Accommodation is provided.

What You'll Do

• Colour hair extensions to the company's colour standards and product specifications.
• Wash, condition, and prepare products for drying after colouring.
• Inspect finished products for quality, colour consistency, length, size, and finishing.
• Assign and monitor daily production tasks to keep work on track.
• Track daily production targets and follow up on outstanding work.
• Package, label, and prepare finished products for transfer to the retail store.
• Maintain accurate records of daily output, finished goods, and inventory.
• Monitor stock usage and notify management before materials run low.
• Identify and report production defects or quality concerns promptly.
• Submit accurate end-of-day production and inventory reports.

What You'll Need

• Experience with hair colouring or hair processing.
• Strong attention to detail and consistent quality across products.
• Organised, with accurate production and inventory record-keeping.
• Able to work independently while coordinating production activities.
• Proactive in identifying and resolving production issues.
• Communicates effectively and works well with a production team.
