    Gym Instructor / Fitness Trainer

    Job Specification (Skills & Competencies)

    • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years experience.
    • Strong knowledge of fitness training, exercise techniques, and safety standards
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills
    • Ability to motivate and engage clients of varying fitness levels
    • Professional appearance and positive attitude
    • First aid and CPR knowledge is an advantage
    • Time management and organizational skills
    • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
