Job Summary

Coordinates guest activities, events, and experiences ensuring smooth execution and high guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise guest experiences and activities.
• Ensure seamless execution from setup to completion.
• Interact with guests to understand and anticipate needs.
• Collaborate with other departments.
• Handle and escalate concerns promptly.
• Maintain activity schedules and event records.
• Ensure guest safety and comfort during experiences.
