Develop Growth Strategies: Identify and implement growth opportunities that align with business objectives and market dynamics.
Leverage Digital Marketing: Use digital channels, including SEO, PPC, and social media, to engage and convert prospective customers.
Monitor Performance: Track and analyse the performance of marketing and growth initiatives to identify successes and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with Sales Teams: Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with revenue goals and provide support through lead generation.
Create Localised Content: Develop and manage region-specific content to engage the Nigerian audience, including blog posts, white papers, and case studies.
Foster Partnerships: Identify and establish partnerships with local organisations, industry bodies, and influencers to expand Verto’s reach.
Customer Retention: Implement strategies to boost customer loyalty and reduce churn through targeted campaigns and engagement efforts.
You’ll Be Responsible For
Increasing the number of active customers in Nigeria within the first 6-12 months.
Executing high-impact marketing campaigns that deliver measurable ROI.
Building and maintaining a strong local presence for Verto through events, partnerships, and public relations.
Providing actionable insights from marketing data to refine strategies and achieve growth targets
Skills And Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in growth marketing, preferably in fintech, payments, or SaaS.
Proven track record of driving measurable growth through data-driven marketing strategies.
Strong understanding of the Nigerian market, including digital and traditional marketing landscapes.
Experience with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, and social media platforms.
Exceptional analytical skills to interpret performance data and identify trends.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills to craft compelling messages for diverse audiences.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
