- We seek a startup-focused professional to drive growth across ventures in the program.
Responsibilities
- Develop growth plans and support product-market fit
- Lead growth strategy workshops
- Coach teams on traction metrics and user acquisition
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or Engineering
- 3–5 years in startup growth, product, or business development
- Hands-on experience with growth tools and marketing analytics
- Strong founder support and strategy skills.
