    Growth and Marketing Analyst

    Job Summary

    . The Growth Marketing Analyst's mission is to fuel growth within our top business customers through high-touch customizable campaigns. In this role, you will be the strategic consultant to Sales partners and be responsible for driving high-impact campaigns to support the organization's growth strategy.

    You will work closely with multiple cross-functional partners within Sales, Customer Success, Content Marketing and Creative, identify opportunities, execute campaigns, measure impact, and share learnings.

     This exciting role will help shape a growing and high-visibility program for TERAWORK. Our ideal candidate has extensive expertise in digital marketing, a strong passion for analytics, digital trends, and testing, as well as a soft spot for the arts.     Key Responsibilities

    •  Uncover and leverage new emerging channels, trends, and market insights to drive marketing campaigns and address opportunities to accelerate market growth.

    • Day-to-day monitoring of market performances, by channels and campaigns in order to optimize our marketing activities that accelerate growth.

    • Data analysis focal for Marketing acquisition-related teams.

    • Conducting keyword research using dedicated software and generating new keyword ideas.

    • Analyzing website and social media pages, then making recommendations for improvement and updating outdated content.

    • Analyze and Monitor ASO.

    • Conduct deep-dive analysis with actionable recommendations and conclusions.

    • Initiate and build powerful performance-based partnerships to increase awareness, trust, and conversions among businesses and the startup ecosystems in Nigeria.

    • Work with multiple internal interfaces to exceed the market's growth - Acquisition, Retention, Brand, PR, and more.

    • Provide market insights based on data that will lead the business growth.

    • Constantly think of new ways to improve acquisition activities.

    • Constantly improve ROI and general acquisition performance.

    REQUIREMENTS

    •  At least 3 years of experience working in a growth/marketing function with a track record of delivering success (ideally for a tech company or startup).

    • Minimum B.Sc/HND in a reputable institution.

    •  Strong analytical skills.

    •  Strong knowledge of ASO and SEO

    •  Eye for design and familiarity working with brand and messaging guidelines (ideally for an Enterprise audience)

    •  Experience in planning and executing multi-touch marketing campaigns, including channels such as email, virtual events, social media, etc

    •   Receptive to partner feedback, and demonstrated ability to test, learn and optimize processes

    •  Good attitude and willingness to learn!

    •   Be fluent in the full spectrum of acquisition + retention channels.

    •   Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills and tell stories using data.
