Growth Analyst at Lendha

Job Brief

• We are looking for a talented Growth Analyst to take the lead with our growth marketing strategies.
• Your main duties include running experiments across the funnel, improving conversion rate, growing company revenue and working cross-department to collaborate on new initiatives.
• As a Growth Analyst, you are saddled with the responsibility of driving the acquisition and retention of MSMEs via data/industry analysis, experiments, and data driven insights.

Location: Lagos (Hybrid, Full-time) What you'll get to do

• Partner with cross functional team to generate hypotheses, detect and validate opportunities and defects.
• Conduct intermittent Market Research to ensure the team is adequately in-tune with the industry events and happenings around our competitions.
• Implement analytical tools to help business leaders understand their product trajectory using our data infrastructure.
• Proactively communicate findings trends and patterns across our product lines, customers and acquisition channels.
• Conduct various types of analysis to optimize performance and triage issues
• Drive retention of our Merchants across our various products using data
• Manage day-to-day relationships with our partners to maintain expectations around business objectives and deliverables.
• Perform other duties as delegated and assigned by your Line Manager

To succeed in this role, we think you should have

• Have a minimum of 2-5 years in a Product Operations or Growth related role
• Minimum tertiary education in a recognised institution.
• Deep knowledge of Google Analytics, Customer Data Marketing Platforms, and other Data Management Systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-driven, ability to take initiative and
• Have a growth mindset
• Experience with the a Merchant acquiring business would be an added advantage
• Experience working with Product and Data Science team would be an advantage
• Residency in Lagos State
