    Group Head of Business

    Job Description

    • Our client is seeking a dynamic, commercially astute, and results-driven professional to serve as Group Head of Business (Abuja).
    • The successful candidate will lead company’s strategic business operations within the Federal Capital Territory, driving growth, profitability, and market expansion while ensuring exceptional client engagement and operational efficiency.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and oversee all organisation business operations in Abuja.
    • Design and implement strategies to drive profitability and sustainable growth.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across diverse industries.
    • Develop and execute business development initiatives, new product/service launches, and partnership opportunities.
    • Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
    • Direct sales activities and ensure achievement of revenue targets.
    • Monitor industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities, providing regular insights and reports.
    • nsure delivery of high-quality services and customer satisfaction.
    • Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management for Abuja-based staff.
    • Represent organisation with professionalism in all external engagements.

    Minimum Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Management, or related field (Master’s degree or MBA is an added advantage).
    • 8–10 years progressive experience in business development, strategy, or operations, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
    • Proven experience in leading multi-sectoral business operations and delivering measurable growth.
    • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify opportunities and close high-value deals.
    • Demonstrated leadership, people management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
    • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
    • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business management tools.
    • Knowledge of the Abuja/FCT business environment and networks is an advantage.
    • Preferably Female.

    Salary
    N450,000 - N500,000 / month.
