Education/Certifications:·

• Master’s Degree preferably in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or other related fields.   

Experience: ·

• Minimum of 10 years of Human Resource management experience.  
• Must have demonstrated strong leadership skills in previous engagement(s). 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:·

• Excellent computer skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, HRIS ·
• Must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization in written and verbal form.·
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality. ·
• Demonstrated excellence in managing projects. ·
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize accordingly. ·
• Ability to work independently along with strong team skills. ·
• Exceptional people skills·
• Must be Results oriented.
