Group Head, Human Resources

- Qualification MBA/MSc/MA
- Experience 10 years
- Location Lagos
- Job Field Human Resources / HR
Education/Certifications:·
- Master’s Degree preferably in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or other related fields.
Experience: ·
- Minimum of 10 years of Human Resource management experience.
- Must have demonstrated strong leadership skills in previous engagement(s).
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:·
- Excellent computer skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, HRIS ·
- Must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization in written and verbal form.·
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality. ·
- Demonstrated excellence in managing projects. ·
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize accordingly. ·
- Ability to work independently along with strong team skills. ·
- Exceptional people skills·
- Must be Results oriented.
