Job Description

• We're seeking an experienced leader to oversee the overall management and strategic direction of the group's operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and driving operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational strategy aligned with business objectives
• Lead operational activities, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency
• Manage operations budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness
• Promote a strong HSE culture and maintain quality assurance/control systems
• Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance and identify improvement areas
• Build relationships with clients, suppliers, regulators, and stakeholders
• Monitor performance using KPIs and track progress

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
• 15+ years of Drilling and Well Completion management experience
• In-depth knowledge of operational processes, project management, and industry regulations- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
