Graphics Designer (Still & Motion) at Konga Online Shopping Limited

Job Summary:

• We are seeking a versatile and innovative Graphic Designer (Still & Motion) to bring our brand to life across digital, print, and motion channels. This role combines strong visual design skills with motion graphics and basic video editing abilities to deliver compelling brand communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design engaging static graphics for social media, banners, emailers, product listings, and internal campaigns.
• Create motion graphics and short-form videos for ads, product demos, YouTube content, and brand storytelling.
• Collaborate with content, social media, product, and digital marketing teams to execute briefs and campaign materials.
• Ensure brand consistency across all designs (fonts, colors, layout, tone).
• Edit raw footage for internal or digital content when needed.
• Manage creative assets and maintain organized file systems for version control.

Key Skills:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
• Strong sense of typography, color, layout, and animation timing
• Familiarity with CapCut, Canva Pro, or mobile editing tools
• Ability to interpret briefs and develop concept-driven designs
• Basic knowledge of video formats, resolution specs, and platform-specific design guidelines

Qualifications:

• B.A./B.Sc. in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related discipline
• 1–4 years of experience in a graphic or multimedia design role
• Solid portfolio showcasing still and motion work across various formats
• Experience working in e-commerce, advertising, or media is an added advantage
• Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
