Job Overview

• In this role, you’ll be play a visual role in shaping the visual identity of the brand across all platform.
• You’ll ensure that every visual touchpoint consistently reflects the brand’s aesthetic and values.
• You’ll be a visual storyteller who understand how to communicate fashion, emotion, and brand identity through imagery and layouts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute visual concepts for campaigns, collections, and brand storytelling.
• Lead the development of all visual assets across digital, print, and packaging.
• Design campaign materials, brand presentations, and in-store graphics.
• Guide and mentor junior designers and freelance creatives.
• Translate complex creative briefs into compelling visuals concepts.
• Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity across all social platforms.
• Prepare production-ready files for print and digital use, ensuring quality and accuracy.
• Research and stay updated on design trends, relevant to culture, fashion, and branding.
• Contribute to ideation and development of brand storytelling through design.
• Create graphics for social media, and e-commerce in alignment with seasonal campaigns.
• Review and refine designs based on feedbacks from cross-functional teams.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 4+ years of professional design experience, preferably in fashion or lifestyle brand
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator)
• A strong and relevant portfolio that showcase branding, and layouts.
• Understanding pf printing techniques and digital production requirements.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong aesthetic sense.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• A collaborative mindset and strong communication skill
