Graphics Designer at Human Reserve Agency

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our Creative Team.

This role is ideal for a designer who understands that great design goes beyond making something look good. You should be able to translate ideas, creative briefs and strategies into compelling visuals that communicate effectively, strengthen brand identity and support business goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design high-quality graphics, carousel posts, presentations and marketing materials for digital platforms.
• Translate creative briefs and strategies into compelling visual content.
• Maintain brand consistency across client deliverables.
• Manage multiple design projects while consistently meeting deadlines.
• Collaborate with strategists, copywriters, video editors and social media managers to execute strong campaigns.
• Create platform-specific designs that are visually engaging and aligned with each client's brand.
• Receive and implement feedback professionally while maintaining high design standards.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Experience designing for social media and digital marketing.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, versatility and attention to detail.
• Excellent understanding of typography, color, composition and layout.
• Strong visual storytelling and creative thinking skills.
• Excellent time management and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to receive and implement feedback professionally.
• Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent design software.
• Commitment to producing high-quality work consistently.

ADDITIONAL ADVANTAGE

• Previous agency experience.
• Motion graphics or basic animation skills.
• Experience creating presentations and marketing collateral.
• Understanding of branding and marketing strategy.
• Experience designing for international brands.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

Within the first 90 days, you should be able to understand brand guidelines and design standards, independently manage assigned creative work, consistently meet deadlines, produce engaging visual content and contribute to improving the quality of client deliverables.
