Graphics Designer at Fidelity Bond Group

Key Responsibilities:

• Graphic Design: Conceptualize and create visually engaging designs for a variety of platforms, including digital and print materials such as brochures, banners, social media graphics, and presentations.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all design projects to maintain a cohesive and recognisable brand image.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to understand project requirements and contribute creative ideas that align with overall marketing strategies.
• Software Proficiency: Utilise industry-standard design software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite) to execute design projects efficiently and with a high level of quality.
• Feedback Incorporation: Collaborate with team members to incorporate constructive feedback into design revisions and finalise projects within specified timelines.
• Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, design techniques, and tools to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the team.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Graphics Designer or a similar role.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
• Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
