Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Familiarity with 3D design or animation is a plus.
Experience in creating content for both B2B and B2G audiences.
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Video Editor with a strong portfolio showcasing both skills.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).
Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
Experience with video editing techniques, motion graphics, and visual effects.
Knowledge of video production processes, including camera work, lighting, and audio recording, is a plus.
Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to work independently.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to take constructive feedback.
Ability to manage time efficiently and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience in creating content for social media, websites, and other digital platforms.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Design visually appealing graphics for digital, print, and social media platforms (e.g., websites, ads, social media posts, brochures, banners, etc.).
Create and maintain design templates for brand consistency.
Collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop creative concepts for campaigns and projects.
Work on branding materials including logos, presentations, and promotional assets.
Edit and produce video content for a variety of platforms, including social media, websites, and internal presentations.
Work with raw footage to create polished, high-quality videos that align with the company’s vision and objectives.
Add motion graphics, sound design, and visual effects to enhance the video content.
Ensure videos are optimized for performance across different platforms (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok etc.).
Work closely with the creative team, marketing, and other departments to ensure the visual content aligns with overall brand guidelines and strategies.
Accept and incorporate feedback to continuously improve design and video content.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
Ensure timely delivery of designs and video content for various campaigns and projects.
