Graphic Designer at PWAN Stars

We are in search of a Graphic Designer with the desired expertise in real estate marketing, someone who possesses an understanding of the real estate industry. This individual will be responsible for crafting digital educational products and producing a diverse range of visual materials, including but not limited to guides, signage, newsletters, social media graphics, workbooks, and presentations. The Graphic Designer will produce marketing materials for business development initiatives and promote Pwan Pro Realtors And Estates Limited's property listings and other items in support of our sales professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Design eye-catching marketing materials for real estate listings, including brochures, flyers, and digital ads.
• Create visually appealing branding materials that align with our company's identity and values.
• Develop and maintain a library of high-quality property images and floor plans.
• Produce engaging digital content for our website and social media platforms.
• Collaborate with our marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative campaigns.
• Ensure that all design materials are consistent with our brand guidelines.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing digital products specializing in real estate.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Corel Draw & Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Knowledge of real estate industry trends and an understanding of effective marketing strategies.
• Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Strong communication skills to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with the team.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Must attach a portfolio.
