We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Graphic Designer Intern to assist our Marketing team in producing high-quality visual content.
The Graphic Designer Intern will be responsible for creating captivating designs using various tools, managing web graphics, and assisting in video creation to support our marketing efforts.
Core Responsibilities
Graphic Design: Create visually appealing designs for various marketing materials including social media posts, infographics, brochures, posters, banners, and advertisements using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Web Management: Assist in the design and management of web graphics, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all online platforms.
Video Creation: Collaborate with the Marketing team to conceptualize and create engaging video content for promotional purposes using video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
Creative Concept Development: Brainstorm and contribute creative ideas for marketing campaigns and initiatives, bringing fresh perspectives to the table.
Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the Marketing team and other departments to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet objectives and deadlines.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all designs meet quality standards and reflect the brand identity of TSM, making necessary revisions based on feedback from stakeholders.
Research and Trends: Stay updated on design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in graphic design and digital media to continuously improve skills and contribute innovative ideas.
Documentation: Maintain organized files and documentation of design assets, ensuring easy accessibility for future reference and use.
Requirements
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Multimedia Design, or related field.
Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
Creative thinking and a keen eye for detail, with the ability to translate concepts into visually appealing designs.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with web design principles and experience using web design tools/platforms (e.g., WordPress, Wix) is a plus.
A portfolio showcasing previous graphic design work and/or video editing projects is required
