• This is a hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Intern, based in Awka, Anambra State. Our office is at 239 Ziks Avenue, Awka, and an ideal candidate should be able to report physically at the office four times a week. Please do not apply if you are not able to do this.
• Responsibilities may include but not limited to marketing and helping with listing properties for rent or sale, building relationships with clients, showcasing properties to potential buyers or renters, managing property viewings, providing feedback to (and helping to manage) landlords & agents, as well as some other admin tasks. The role also involves verifying property details, negotiating agreements, and supporting the overall property management process to maintain transparency and client trust.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Marketing, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
• Strong Communication and Organizational Skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work model
• Knowledge of the Nigerian real estate market or willingness to learn quickly
• Demonstrated reliability and trustworthiness in real estate dealings
• A proactive and goal-oriented mindset
• Basic computer skills.
• Social media marketing & management skills are a plus.
