Graphic Designer at Global Windsor Group Limited

Responsibilties

• Design Creation: Develop engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media, including but not limited to social media, websites, advertisements, product packaging, and print materials.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure that all visuals and designs adhere to the company's brand guidelines, maintaining consistency across all channels.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and sales teams to understand project requirements and translate concepts into effective designs.
• Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and handling changes or feedback with efficiency.
• Creative Brainstorming: Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for marketing campaigns, product launches, and other initiatives.
• Asset Management: Organize and maintain a library of design assets, templates, and brand materials for easy access and use by the team.
• Stay Updated on Design Trends: Keep up with industry trends, design tools, and software updates to bring fresh ideas and innovative approaches to the team.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess B.Sc Degrees with 2 - 3 years relevant work experience.

Skills:

• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Familiarity with other tools, such as Sketch, Figma, or Canva, is a plus.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, and color theory.
• Knowledge of both digital and print design best practices.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating a variety of design work across multiple platforms.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to receive feedback and collaborate effectively.
• Attention to Detail: Keen eye for aestheticsanddetails.
