Job Description

• As a Graphic Designer at BantuPage, you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand image and creating visually appealing content across various platforms.
• You will work closely with the Trend Specialists and creative teams to develop engaging designs that resonate with our target audience.
• The ideal candidate should be skilled in graphic design, have a keen understanding of current design trends, and be passionate about creating impactful visual experiences.

Responsibilities

Conceptualise and Design:

• Develop creative and innovative design concepts that align with BantuPage's brand identity.
• Produce visually compelling graphics for digital and print materials, including social media posts, website content, marketing collateral, and more.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with the marketing team to understand project requirements and goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual elements.

Brand Development:

• Contribute to the development and maintenance of Bantupage's visual brand guidelines.
• Ensure that all design assets adhere to established brand standards and guidelines.

Project Management:

• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality assets.
• Adapt to evolving project requirements and feedback while maintaining attention to detail.

Stay Current with Design Trends:

• Stay informed about industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies.
• Implement fresh and innovative design techniques to keep Bantupage's visual presence ahead of the curve.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, etc.).
• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
