We are seeking a highly motivated Graduate Trainee to support our Investment Advisory and Institutional Sales team. This role offers hands-on exposure to capital markets, client advisory, and institutional relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Support senior sales executives in advising clients and preparing investment solutions
Assist with market, industry, and stock research
Help prepare pitch decks, proposals, and RFPs
Support institutional client acquisition, relationship management, and AUM growth
Collaborate with internal teams across Trading, Asset Management, and Investment Banking
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (minimum 2:1) in a numerical or business-related discipline
1–2 years’ experience in sales
Completed NYSC; not older than 26 years
Strong interest in financial markets and sales
Excellent communication, analytical, and teamwork skills
CIS certification, Master’s degree, or Bloomberg experience is an advantage.
