Governess / Caretaker (Live-In) at Bemil Nigeria Limited

Responsibilities

• Be the go-to person for daily care and support — helping with homework, oversee meals prepare done by cook, and everything in between.
• Create a safe, fun, and encouraging space where teens feel heard and valued.
• Help manage schedules, school activities, and provide transportation when needed.
• Live on-site and be a consistent, positive presence in their lives.
• Bring patience, energy, and a genuine interest in mentoring and guiding teens through their formative years.
• Work closely with the family to make sure the kids are thriving emotionally, academically, and socially.

Who You Are

• Between 23 and 27 years old.
• Someone who genuinely loves teens and understands the challenges and joys of adolescence.
• Patient, reliable, and ready to step into a live-in role with enthusiasm.
• Experience with teens or in caregiving is a huge plus but your attitude matters most!
• Ready to build meaningful connections and be a trusted mentor.
